Monica Galindo founded Galindo Caregiving and remains its principal caregiver. With more than 20 years of experience supporting older adults and their families, she builds care around each person's routines, interests, and dignity — supported by a small team she has worked with for more than a decade.

Genesis works alongside her mother as part of the team. A UMass graduate with a degree in biology, she brings three years of experience in hospitals and labs and eight years in childcare.
