Founder & Principal Caregiver
Monica brings more than 20 years of caregiving experience to older adults and families across Boston and MetroWest. After losing her mother, she found her calling in caring for others. She builds care around each person's routines, interests, and dignity, supported by a small team she has worked with for more than a decade.
Genesis Galindo
Caregiver
Genesis works alongside her mother, Monica, as part of Galindo Caregiving's small team. A UMass graduate with a degree in biology, she brings three years of experience in hospitals and labs and eight years in childcare.

Community
Hands of Love — Guatemala
In 2012, Monica founded Hands of Love with her childhood friend Victor Chim in Santa María de Jesús, Guatemala. Together, they support local families through food baskets, donations, and community events. For Monica, it is a personal way to give back to the community where she grew up.
